Rest

Proper rest is absolutely essential to whole body health and happiness. Unfortunately for most people, quality rest is too often neglected for weeks, months, sometimes even years.

For normal adults, it is essential to get seven to eight hours of sleep per night. Any less and you will not be able to function at one hundred percent. Any more and you will be wasting time that could be used for excersize, learning, relaxing, and building relationships.
